Justin JusticeJustin Justice, Executive Director

Prior to co-founding Operation New Uniform, Justin proudly served in the United States Navy and was medically retired in 2009 after nine years of service.

As a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Sea Dragon, Justin credits his success, both in the military and within the civilian sector to his personal core values of communication, teamwork and integrity.

Throughout his military career, he was heavily involved in the training, development and implementation of proactive and reactive procedures for combat systems, force protection, mission readiness and maritime interdiction operations. Domestically, he was stationed on both coasts and traveled to many countries, giving him a dynamic and diverse approach to leadership and problem solving.

Justin graduated summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, with an undergraduate degree in Workforce Education and Development. He went on to earn an MBA at University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business, where he was inducted into The International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma. He was also recently honored by the Jacksonville Business Journal as a Veteran of Influence within the Northeast Florida business community.

Justin’s passion is helping his fellow veterans reach their professional goals and he prides himself on having a hands on approach to the success of each member of Operation New Uniform.
